ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Manager team is responsible for maintaining and establishing relationships between sellers and SHEIN, helping to improve their sales. You will support and guide sellers to ensure mutual growth and success. This role is based in our São Paulo / Faria Lima office.
Responsibilities
* Improve sales and order volume for managed sellers
* Establish and maintain good relationships with fashion sellers, monitor sales and operations
* Assist sellers in selecting SKUs for campaigns and promotions
* Prepare reports and provide detailed seller information to category managers for strategic execution
* Research the fashion market and conduct competitive analysis
Qualifications
* Full graduation (new graduates welcome)
* Sales aptitude and ambition to surpass KPIs
* Experience managing marketplace partners
* Logical and problem-solving skills
* Good analytical skills
* Advanced English; Mandarin is a plus
* Marketplace experience is a plus
