Renewable Energy Leader
The position of Renewable Energy Leader involves overseeing a team responsible for sourcing, developing, and executing renewable energy projects. Key responsibilities include managing investor relations, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Leverage expertise to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
* Develop and execute strategies to optimize portfolio performance and drive growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate complex transactions and ensure successful project execution.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations and their impact on investments.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
* 8+ years of relevant experience from a financial institution or asset management firm.
* Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly valued.
* Demonstrable experience in renewable project development, investment banking, capital markets, and private equity in international and domestic markets.
* Proven expertise in structuring and financing renewable energy projects across various sectors.
