Company: ScalixAI Location: Fully Remote Type: Full-time Reports to: Founder / CEO
About ScalixAI
ScalixAI is a performance-focused Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads agency built on one principle: paid media should drive real business outcomes, not vanity metrics. Founded by a former 8-year Google veteran, we work with ambitious SaaS companies, B2B brands, nonprofits, home services operators, and growth-stage businesses who expect more than dashboards — they expect partnership, strategy, and results.
We're small, sharp, and scaling. This role is central to how we grow.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager who lives at the intersection of Google Ads expertise, LinkedIn Ads fluency, and high-trust client relationships. You'll own a book of business end-to-end — from kickoff through renewal — and be the strategic voice clients rely on when they want to know why the numbers are moving and what to do next.
This isn't a reporting role. This is a thinking-partner role. You'll build campaigns that actually ladder up to revenue, translate performance into narrative, and hold the line on strategy when clients push in unproductive directions.
What You'll Own
* Client relationships. You are the face of ScalixAI for your accounts. You lead weekly/bi-weekly calls, quarterly business reviews, and the hard conversations that come with managing paid media budgets.
* Campaign strategy and execution. You build, optimize, and scale Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms, ABM campaigns) across multiple verticals.
* Storytelling through data. You turn performance data into a narrative the client's CEO, CMO, or founder actually wants to read. Numbers alone don't retain clients — meaning does.
* Attribution and measurement. You set up clean measurement (GA4, LinkedIn Insight Tag, conversion APIs, offline conversion imports) and defend the integrity of attribution when the data gets messy.
* Proactive optimization. You don't wait for the client to ask. You spot, flag, and fix.
* Retention and expansion. You identify opportunities to expand scope and you catch churn signals before they become churn.
What We're Looking For
Required:
* 5–8 years of hands-on paid media experience, with meaningful time spent in both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (not just one with a side of the other)
* Direct, in-platform experience with Fibbler
* Proven track record managing client relationships as the primary point of contact — ideally in an agency or consultancy setting
* Strong storytelling ability: you can write a QBR narrative, present on Zoom with confidence, and explain a CPA spike in a way that builds trust rather than erodes it
* Deep technical fluency in campaign architecture, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing, and conversion tracking across both platforms
* Comfort with attribution conversations — last-click vs. data-driven, view-through, offline conversion imports, CRM-integrated measurement
* B2B and SaaS paid media experience
Bonus:
* HVAC, home services, or nonprofit vertical experience
* Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Looker Studio, Supermetrics, HockeyStack, or similar
* LinkedIn Marketing Labs certification and/or Google Ads certifications
* Experience building SOPs, onboarding docs, or client-facing collateral
Who Thrives Here
* You treat client accounts like you own them, because at ScalixAI, you effectively do.
* You have opinions and you can defend them — but you also know when to flex.
* You're allergic to fluff. You'd rather say\ "here's what's working, here's what isn't, here's what we're changing\ " than hide behind a 40-slidedeck.
* You want to work on a team that moves fast, ships work, and treats paid media as a craft — not a commodity.
What We Offer
* Fully remote — work from anywhere that overlaps reasonably with North American client hours
* Direct access to the founder and real input on how the agency is built
* A portfolio of clients who actually want to be partnered with (we screen hard at the front door)
* Room to grow into team leadership as we scale
How to Apply
Send us:
* A short note on the most interesting paid media problem you've solved in the last 12 months — across either Google or LinkedIn
* Your resume or LinkedIn profile
* One QBR, case study, or client-facing deliverable you're proud of (redact as needed)
* We read everything. We respond to everyone who takes the time to apply thoughtfully.
