We are supporting a global project that requires local language support to ensure effective communication between international teams (mainly India) and the client.This role will focus on real-time interpretation (Portuguese ↔ English) during meetings, supporting communication in an HR/IT project environment, along with occasional translation of materials.Responsibilities- Join meetings as an interpreter (Portuguese ↔ English)- Support communication between local and global teams- Translate simple materials (emails, presentations, meeting notes)- Ensure clarity in both business and technical discussions (HR/IT context)Requirements- Fluent English (mandatory)- Fluent Portuguese- Experience with real-time interpretation in a corporate environment- Professional experience in structured/corporate environments (medium to large companies), ensuring familiarity with business language and dynamics- Background or familiarity with HR or related systems- Strong communication and organizational skillsNice to Have- Experience in global projects or working with offshore teams- Exposure to project environments or cross-functional initiativesProject Details- Start date: immediate- Duration: until December (hypercare period)- Workload: flexible, up to 4 hours per day depending on demand- Working hours: business hours (BRT)- Work model: 100% remote, with occasional on-site presence if required (minimal)
