Key Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for finding and cultivating relationships that directly lead to new clients on to the Conduit platform with the ultimate goal of driving increased AUM towards company goals.
About You
* You have a deep passion for financial technology (FinTech), cryptocurrency, and experience within the payments space.
* You will be part of a strong team helping to build the foundation for Conduit in the LATAM region.
About the Role
* This is a key hire for Conduit as we look to expand our team in Brazil.
* This position will involve prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with potential clients.
* You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly and navigate ambiguity.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Ability to learn quickly, navigate ambiguity, ask questions
* Experience in full sales cycle and have the ability to execute pipeline strategy
* Personable and natural relationship builder
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Sales aptitude with results orientation - ability to prospect, negotiate and close
* Ability to learn, report back, collaborate, and document sales process
* Proven ability to plan and manage resources
* Capable and comfortable with necessary communication and CRM tools in use at Conduit (Slack, gSuite, Hubspot, Fellow, etc.)
* Fluent Portuguese and English skills
* Ability to deliver presentations and demos effectively
