Web Development Expert

o Performance Optimization: Prioritize website speed and performance to meet Core Web Vitals by optimizing images, minifying code, and implementing lazy loading techniques.
o Accessibility: Ensure websites are highly accessible to improve user experience and SEO, adhering to WCAG standards.
* Design Tools: Proficiently use Figma to design and develop visually appealing websites.
* Problem Solving: Excel at identifying, debugging, and resolving technical issues to deliver high-quality results.
* Collaboration & Communication:
o Clear Communication: Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
o Project Management: Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines while maintaining effective communication with the team.
