About the Job
As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire data conversion lifecycle for SAP systems. This entails collaborating with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies that align with project objectives. Your responsibilities include managing data conversion and testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects. You will also be responsible for coordinating data preparation in conjunction with the SAP platform, functional, and other teams. Additionally, you will provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members and track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.
Key Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.
* Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with data conversion tools and frameworks.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
* Knowledge of data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.
