This is a “boots-on-the-ground” execution role —not advisory—focused on building, operating, and improving the infrastructure and tooling that enables 100–150 engineers to ship code efficiently and reliably.You’ll work closely with a lean team (Principal + Senior Engineers) and play a critical role in day-to-day platform operations, automation, and developer enablement .What You’ll DoOperate and improve platform tools to support engineering teams (triaging tickets, resolving build issues, handling access/secrets/env setup)Manage Kubernetes environments : deployments, Helm charts, namespaces, rollout troubleshootingSupport and enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI preferred;
