Sales Target Support Assist the SMB team in breaking down business targets, help define key sales metrics that impact team goal achievement, participate in building target management indicator systems, and support daily/weekly/monthly sales target tracking and review through data tools. 2. Data Analysis & Tool Development Monitor key business metrics and analyze abnormal fluctuations, identify issues and promote optimization, assist in building data dashboards, and support sales formulation strategy and business analysis needs. 3. Market & Business Analysis Collect and organize industry, competitor, and merchant information, help identify SMB merchant growth and competitive opportunities, and provide data support for sales strategy and business growth. 4. Sales Strategy Support Support the team in business analysis, participate in identifying business growth opportunities, and assist in developing sales strategies and front line execution plans. 5. Project Support & Team Collaboration Assist in ensuring the effective implementation of key business objectives and strategies through project management, participate in analyzing the feasibility and risks of SMB team target achievement, help mobilize relevant team resources, and drive business progress.Job Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analysis, or related fields with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Dec 2027;Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility,Data Analysis Skills Proficient in basic functions and SQL with strong data analysis and processing capabilities.
