Drive Loyalty and Marketing Automation Success
This role leads the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets, driving business growth through strategic product ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritize and manage the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Develop clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain accurate documentation.
* Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely, value-driven delivery of scalable solutions.
* Integrate with the Single Customer View (SCV) and enforce data governance best practices.
Requirements:
* 5-8 years' experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in marketing tech or CRM.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodology and sprint management principles.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools - CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Agile certification is a plus.
