As a Content Designer, Multimedia, you will be instrumental in creating animated videos and high-impact downloadable assets that educate prospects and accelerate our sales cycles. Your role will encompass the end-to-end creative process, including collaborating closely with marketers, product managers, and subject matter experts to turn complex healthcare and technology concepts into clear, compelling narratives. If you are a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to create innovative solutions, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesMotion & Animation:Own the full animation pipeline—concept, storyboard, style frame, asset creation, motion, sound design, QA, and deliveryProduce short-form content to support marketing and sales goalsMaintain and evolve a motion-design system aligned with CaryHealth brand guidelinesVisual & Print Design:Design short and long-form collateral (case studies, white papers, guides, special reports) that balances readability with brand impactEstablish template systems in Figma to drive consistency and production speedCollaborate with writers to transform data and clinical insights into scannable layouts, infographics, and iconographyCross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Product, Sales, and Clinical teams to translate technical features into customer-friendly visualsPresent creative concepts to leadership, iterate quickly on feedback, and manage timelines in an agile environmentMaintain a digital asset library and enforce file-naming, versioning, and brand standardsContinuous Improvement:Monitor motion-design and content-marketing trends in SaaS/healthtech and propose experimentsTrack performance metrics (view-through rates, asset downloads) to refine creative strategyRequirementsMinimum Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in motion design/animation and marketing content designAdvanced command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and one or more 3-D or motion-graphics tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D)Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Figma, or equivalent for long-form collateral and template creationPortfolio that demonstrates a range of explainer animations and multi-page marketing assetsSolid grasp of animation principles, typography, color theory, and layoutWorking knowledge of digital-marketing funnels and the role of gated contentStrong project-management and communication skills—able to hit deadlines in a distributed teamStrong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledgeExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teamsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as neededDemonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality servicePreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, life-sciences, SaaS, or highly regulated industriesFamiliarity with Lottie/Bodymovin, WebGL, or HTML5 for lightweight web animationsExposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for inclusive designBenefitsJoin us to be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
