* A Senior Internal Talent Advisor plays a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategy, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization to identify talent acquisition opportunities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, leveraging expertise in full-cycle recruiting and talent consulting
* Provide expert guidance on talent management best practices, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver targeted recruitment campaigns, optimizing ROI and ensuring seamless candidate experience
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying innovative solutions to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition
* Proven track record of success in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, particularly in client-facing or manager-facing roles
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is an asset)
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence, with ability to analyze challenges and implement strategic solutions
