Job Overview:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting clients in Frankfurt by analyzing training needs, coordinating session delivery, and ensuring adherence to workflow and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze client requirements and determine the number of sessions needed
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, or cancellation
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability
* Collaborate with the Indian team to make changes or updates as needed
* Support the completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices if required
* Ensure Learner Support Level 2 is maintained
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations
* Experience working in an international environment
* A high-level understanding of the training landscape
* A customer service-oriented approach
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems
* Fluency in English
