This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical expertise, and experience delivering software and integration solutions. The role involves managing projects from requirements gathering to deployment, supporting both new and existing clients, and ensuring successful system implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical lead for new client implementations and ongoing client requestsEvaluate integration between hardware and software and assess operational performance for successful implementationAssist with projects from requirements definition through deployment, including scheduling and scope documentationMaintain technical design documentation for software changes and developmentConsult with customers regarding software design, development, and necessary modificationsCommunicate internal deliverables and change requests to stakeholdersAnalyze, design, and document system implementation changesCoordinate project resources to meet milestones and ensure successful deliveryCollaborate across departments to ensure implementation successUnderstand business impacts of issues and advise on IT solutionsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven track record in technology solution implementationStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple implementations and requests concurrentlyCollaborative team player with a customer-centered mindsetExperience with freight rate and auditing software, SQL, Jira, or other ticket management systemsFamiliarity with Smartsheet and Atlassian SuiteExperience with release processes and SDLCBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Business, or related field2–4 years of relevant experience in implementation or client successPro5 is a global platform helping thousands of vetted professionals get hired by top employers.
