What You'll Do: 1. Responsible for developing and implementing business training and operation strategies for Brazil, defining the knowledge and skills required at different stages based on various roles (BD, Key Account Manager, BD Manager, Operations, Support). Enhance employee competence and satisfaction through training and be accountable for training effectiveness, ensuring the achievement of team goals. 2. Establish and optimize the business training system to continuously enhance the team's professional capabilities and execution power. 3. Coordinate collaboration among various departments to ensure the smooth implementation and evaluation of training programs. 4. Research mature training systems in the industry and continuously optimize training content and methods to improve team competitiveness. What We Need From You: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required. 2. Over 2 years of experience in business operations, management, or sales operations and management. 3. Familiar with the market characteristics and culture of the Latin America region, with strong cross-cultural communication skills. 4. Strong organizational and coordination abilities, along with team motivation skills, capable of effectively driving the team to achieve performance goals. 5.
