JOB DESCRIPTIONNOV Energy Equipment - Aftermarket is currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Macaé, BR. The main responsibilities of this role include:Primary Responsibilities:Prepare and send documentation and deliverables to customers and internal stakeholders (Condition Assessments, Work Instructions, Test Reports, Quotations, etc.)Create and maintain rig-specific documentation within DMS (RigOffice, SharePoint, etc.)Initiate ERP and Tracker setup for new projects/programs, utilizing program naming conventions and requirementsLoad/prepare necessary templates for new projects/programsMaintain program ERP projects, including WBS setup and/or modificationPrepare/initiate Purchase Orders, Intercompany Purchase Orders, Billing Summaries, Credit Memos, and Invoice RequestsAssist Project Managers with InProgress or labor system reportingAssist Project Managers with invoice tracking and follow-upSupport Regional Managers with program template and process revision controlSupport Program Managers and Project Managers with customer ERP systemSupport Regional Managers with meeting minutes and preparationAssist Regional Managers, Program Managers, and Operations Analysts with budget and cost allocationsSupport Program Managers with procedural/documentation auditsEducation and Experience Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering1 year of related work experience preferredAdvanced English.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, OneDrive)Job Requirements:Able to travel, if required
