Project Analyst (Portuguese + English) | Hybrid (3 / 4 days at office in Sao Paolo, Brazil )
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑driven Project Administrator to support training operations and manage multiple senior client stakeholders with confidence and professionalism. This is a fully onsite role based in Brazil, requiring fluent Portuguese and functional English.

About the Role
As a Project Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and system support to learners, facilitators, instructors, and third‑party partners. Your work ensures smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of training programs and learning experiences.
This role is central to the success of our learning operations and requires someone who is structured, resilient, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination & Scheduling
Schedule classes and secure all required resources: instructors, facilitators, guest speakers, moderators, and facilities
Confirm bookings and ensure alignment with program requirements
LMS (Learning Management System) Administration
Load and update classes in the MetLife LMS
Manage changes to schedules, facilitators, and class capacities
Prepare and distribute physical and digital learning materials
Coordinate procurement, printing, and delivery of resources
Learner & Instructor Support
Send pre‑course communications and provide ongoing support
Serve as the primary point of contact during class delivery
Resolve real‑time issues by coordinating with relevant teams
Generate rosters, track attendance, and update completions
Issue completion or failure certificates as required
Operational & Administrative Support
Validate invoices related to facilities or materials
Manage user access, upload content, and maintain system data
Administer Qualtrics surveys and report satisfaction results
Extract Power BI reports and generate insights
Virtual & Onsite Training Support
Build session links and moderate Webex / Teams sessions
Prepare training rooms, materials, and logistics for in‑person sessions
Coordinate coffee breaks, shipping of materials, and IT requests
Arrive early to ensure room readiness and conduct technical checks
Store materials and close down the room after sessions
Save materials, photos, attendance lists, and survey data
Profile & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in learning operations, training coordination, or administrative support
Strong proficiency in Excel
Fluent Portuguese and functional English
Experience working with LMS platforms (preferred)
Ability to generate data‑driven insights
Understanding of employee experience principles
Highly structured, organized, and detail‑oriented
Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments
