Key Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to drive growth across LATAM by selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene practices.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in account management, sales, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of the nutraceutical industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
