We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead projects and deliver exceptional solutions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and declarative tools.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a proactive approach to staying informed about platform enhancements and release updates.
Responsibilities
* Lead and own the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform
* Focus on Salesforce Vlocity development with an emphasis on Enterprise Product Catalog, Contract Lifecycle Management, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
* Manage offshore team and support existing Salesforce applications
* Provide technical leadership to junior developers
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize tickets based on urgency, impact, and business value
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading Salesforce projects through the full SDLC
* Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools
* Strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, particularly with EPC/CPQ, CLM, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IPs
* Experience managing offshore teams and supporting existing Salesforce applications
* Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
