Enterprise IT Specialist
As an Enterprise IT Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients. You will work hands-on with modern infrastructure technologies, collaborate with internal engineering teams, and provide expert guidance to help organizations optimize their IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and Installation: Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Client Consultation: Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaboration and Delivery: Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Ticket Management: Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Project Tracking: Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Progress Reporting: Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* A strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* A solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* The ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
