Responsibilities
* Identify and recruit engineers for Sweden-focused roles across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
* Build trust with suitable candidates, guiding them through relocation and visa processes, and presenting the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
* Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
* Plan and execute recruitment activities in coordination with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
* Maintain a high level of service, brand awareness and professionalism in all interactions.
Required competence
* At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
* Solid, well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
* Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
* High quality and strong brand awareness.
* Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
* Upper intermediate English.
* Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
* Analytical, well organized with attention to detail and ability to identify and fulfill a recruitment request.
* Self-confident, sociable, friendly and highly motivated.
* Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue efforts.
* Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
* Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Extent & Duration
Start ASAP. Full time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
Location
Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
Economy
Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays, with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
