Job Title: IT Support Analyst Contract 3M
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT support professional to provide remote computer and IT system support for employees in Brazil.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as a process and project-oriented mindset.
* Analyze issues and formulate solutions
* Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues
* Ensure the customer is updated on ticket progress
* Work remotely with customers to solve problems
* Utilize internal IT knowledge base to provide and find solutions to known issues
* Research and resolve issues using external information when needed
* Consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
* Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Associate's degree student preferably in Information Systems or equivalent program, or a proven track record of IT experience
* Knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate and/or enterprise environment
* Experience working in a mixed Mac and Windows environment
