Business Development Specialist - In this role, you will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent delivery and client satisfaction. You will act as a strategic partner for clients while also managing and mentoring a team, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business. You will work closely with international teams across sales, delivery, and talent management to position the company as a trusted partner for companies seeking specialized expertise.
