Business Data Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team.
* Role: Business Data Analyst Remote – Brazil Contract Required:
A combination of IT and business experiences is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply Chain and be able to work directly with product managers & product owners for Business Requirements Gathering & documentation.
1. Be part of Agile Product Delivery Good to have Power BI, Snowflake, SAP ERP and SAP HANA SQL knowledge Leveraging reporting Tools for Analysis like Office, Power BI etc Develop roadmaps to drive the company forward Act as a liaison across all areas such as business units information technology and outside customers by investigating relevant information and creating recommendations Continuously refine Product Backlog Items together with the Scrum Team and other subject matter experts to ensure the team understands those items to the level needed for them to estimate and plan to work during sprint planning Established background in launching software/solutions or services in partnership with business engineering teams A high degree of proficiency in wireframes prototyping iterative development understanding of agile principles Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of highly innovative products including a wide variety of mechanisms e.g digital core dashboards APIs cloud e-commerce real-time alerts artificial intelligence Outstanding organizational communication relationship-building collaboration skills at all levels Sharp analytical problem-solving prioritization time management skills Understanding of cloud data lakes data warehouse systems systems data Familiarity with MS Power BI for Business reporting Self-service Prior experience working for a global highly matrixed Consumer Packaged Goods company preferably in the Supply Chain domains Knowledge of the CPG market industry trends customer needs help inform product vision roadmap Experience creating automated data quality management rules]
