Trade Compliance Specialist
This fully remote role focuses on researching and tracking global trade regulations, primarily across LATAM and North America.
* Monitor legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts.
* Track global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other requirements across jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, LATAM, etc.).
* Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation in an internal repository with high accuracy and clarity.
* Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze legislation and regulations to ensure SAP GTS systems remain up-to-date for clients.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of trade compliance regulations, customs procedures, and related documentation requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential trade risks.
