Telecommunications Project Manager - This professional will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards, while ensuring strong alignment between clients, technical teams, vendors, and senior management. This is a full on-site position at our São Paulo Berrini office. Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, monitor, and close telecom projects (RAN, Core, IP, FTTH, DWDM, power and site infrastructure). - Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality indicators (SLAs, KPIs), ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and customer requirements. - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, deployment, logistics, suppliers, and subcontractors). - Lead regular meetings with telecom operators and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency, governance, and alignment. - Identify, analyze, and mitigate technical, operational, and commercial risks. - Prepare and present executive reports to clients and senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions. - Ensure compliance with telecom regulations (e. G., ANATEL) and international quality standards. - Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, aiming at efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization. Requirements- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. - Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Telecommunications, or related areas is highly desirable. - Proven experience in project management, with a strong background in the telecommunications sector. - Solid experience in project management within the telecommunications sector (mobile networks, fixed networks, or backbone). - Strong technical knowledge of telecom technologies (4G/5G RAN, IP/MPLS, DWDM, FTTH, power and infrastructure for telecom sites). - Proven experience managing projects of high complexity, involving multiple vendors and Tier-1 telecom operators. - Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid). - Certifications are a plus: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, ITIL. - English is the primary working language; fluency is required. Portuguese fluency both written and spoken is a must. - Availability to work full on-site at the São Paulo Berrini office.
