• Support the PO in the creation, refinement, and maintenance of Epics, User Stories, Tasks, and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring clarity and business value.
• Prepare and support backlog refinement sessions, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, prioritized, and ready for development.
Squad Support & Stakeholder Alignment
• Serve as a key point of support for the squad to clarify requirements, scope, and dependencies on behalf of the PO.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and the squad's delivery capabilities.
• Ability to act autonomously as PO support while maintaining close alignment with the Product Owner.
Tools & Documentation
• Manage and maintain artifacts using JIRA (backlog, stories, tasks, progress tracking) and Confluence (documentation, specifications, and decisions).
Agile Ceremonies
• Support Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and
Retrospectives.
• Lead Agile ceremonies when necessary, especially in the PO's absence or when additional facilitation is required.
Required Experience & Skills

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset.
• Advanced English — non-negotiable requirement given the international nature of theenvironment.
Nice to Have
• Experience acting as a proxy or delegate for the Product Owner.
• Experience supporting cross-functional or distributed Agile teams.
• Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
