About the role :As a Media Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by monetizing our media assets and social platforms. You'll identify and secure new business opportunities, diversify our client base, and activate high-impact advertising campaigns. As our Media Sales Executive, you willMonetize Social Media Projects: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue from our existing social media assets : preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, media plans, and proposals to secure contracts and upsell additional services.-Managing and nurturing relationships with clients across Brazil :negotiate and close deals for sponsored content placements on the media sections of our in-house sites like Trivela, Umdoisesportes, and Lakersbrasil.- Understanding clients' marketing objectives, industry trends, and audience insights to propose tailored media solutions.-Run CPM/CPC Campaigns:Manage and optimize CPM (Cost Per Mille) campaigns across our network of sites. Collaborating with internal teams to address operational challenges and customize campaigns for optimal performance.-Monetize Media and Social Assets:Identify untapped opportunities to commercialize our media and social media inventory, such as affiliate partnerships, native ads, and custom integrations.- Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and staying informed about competitor activity and market trendsConducting regular client check-ins, attending industry events, and representing the company in networking opportunities.
