Business Analyst Role

We are seeking an individual who can effectively elicit and document requirements, map processes, and define acceptance criteria. The selected candidate will also take on the QA role in the final phase to ensure delivery meets business expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Elicit and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of needs and expectations.
* Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitating effective communication between teams.
* Map delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating entry points (app) and output (EDI), promoting seamless integration and data exchange.
* Document integrations, data formats, and business rules, providing a comprehensive understanding of the system's architecture and functionality.
* Define metrics and success criteria for the Proof of Concept, enabling objective evaluation and improvement.
* Create test cases and perform functional validation, ensuring the system meets requirements and delivers desired outcomes.
* Report defects and follow up on corrections with the technical team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
