* Determine the number of training sessions needed based on client requirements.
* Initiate and manage session requests, modifications, completions, and cancellations as necessary.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability, ensuring successful execution.
* Coordinate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in training events.
* Support the completion of training activities by tracking attendance and invoices.
* Ensure adherence to workflows and processes using the CRM tool.
