To continue painting a better future, we need you!Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to ensure that adequate resources and capability (people and processes) reside and are used effectively within the business to develop and deliver the sales (of products and services to current customers and new prospects) across the allocated region in line with the business strategy and the overall segment’s volume, revenue & profitability-related targets.ResponsibilitiesEffectively engage, develop and lead regional sales teamRoll-out segment, regional and global sales programs (including sales process-related knowledge and tools) and implement corporate projects such as CRM and IBPBuild and execute account plans and business development plans for the regionPlan, monitor and periodically report on execution of major sales activities conducted with regard to indirect and direct sales channelIdentify significant business opportunities, pinpoint existing and/or potential problem areas and assist field force where appropriateProvide demand forecast for regional segment sales plans in line with the business IBP processesDrive Continuous Improvement across the organization to generate value to customers – Service, capability, efficiency and productivityCollaborate with cross functional teams including support to the relevant key account teams to execute their sales plans and deliver against desired service levels new developmentsProvide support and leadership to sales, customer services and technical teams by showing vision, putting in resources to ensure high service levels and operational efficiencyBe familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct and HSE standards and act in compliance with all applicable regulationsWork together with other regions to manage global key accounts and provide consistent global services to key customersConsistently optimize the capabilities of the organization by coaching, mentoring and supporting sales representatives as well as other functional team membersEducationMinimum bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
