Business Development Lead
The key responsibility of this role is to drive business growth through effective management of new demands and continuous improvement initiatives.
New Demand Management:
* Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
Continuous Improvement:
* Develop and implement enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools to increase efficiency and value delivery.
Service Introduction & Handover to Operations:
* Coordinate smooth transitions from projects to operations, ensuring proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Foster collaboration between IT and business teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented in a structured manner.
Process Standardization:
* Establish standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions to ensure consistency and quality.
Performance & Reporting:
* Monitor and report on the efficiency of governance and demand management processes, providing insights to leadership for continuous refinement.
Risk Management:
* Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance.
Vendor Coordination:
* Collaborate with external partners to ensure governance best practices are followed in outsourced services.
