Hybrid Work (3 days at office x 2 at home)
What you'll do:
* Manage customer relationships for BAU (Business As Usual) activities
* Coordinate contract execution with internal teams and stakeholders
* Own the end-to-end Sales Order process (quoting, stock, invoicing)
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
* Support the Account Manager in service delivery
* Identify opportunities for customer retention and growth
What we're looking for:
* 3 Years of Experience in Customer Service or Account Management in Finance/Banking/Payment Industry
* Academic Degree in Administration or Finance or related area
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
* Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset
* Portuguese & English (preferred)
