Are you an expert in Industrial Modernization & Spare Parts Engineering? We are looking for a Spare Parts & Modernization Expert Engineer to join our team in Votorantim or Belo Horizonte ! In this role, you aren’t just managing parts—you are the technical heartbeat of our aftermarket strategy. You will act as the critical bridge between Sales, Service, and our Customers, providing the expert insights needed to increase asset performance and extend equipment life. Why this role? You will lead high-impact technical scopes for Modernization opportunities, working closely with global engineering teams (PBL/SBL) to ensure our installed base operates at peak efficiency. This is a Senior Individual Contributor role designed for someone who thrives on technical challenges and strategic consulting. What you’ll be doing: ️ Lead Modernization: Define technical scopes and assess the feasibility of SP & Modernization solutions. Drive Performance: Own the closure of NCRs (Non-Conformity Reports) to solve quality and performance challenges in the field. Technical Consulting: Assist with high-level Technical & Budget proposals for critical components and spare packages. Global Interface: Act as the "Knowledge Manager" for your product line, collaborating with regional teams and localizing supply chain efforts. ✈️ Field Impact: Travel to job sites to support product specialists and see your solutions in action. What we are looking for: Senior Engineering Background: Expertise in Sales & Post-Sale Consulting. Problem Solvers: Someone who takes ownership of technical performance from receipt to closure. Strategic Thinkers: Ability to balance technical specs (RSPL/FTS) with business KPIs like Order Intake and TAT (Turnaround Time).
