Job Role
This is a key position responsible for delivering exceptional support and maintenance services to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields, along with prior experience in PV, BESS industry and equipment, electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operation and related skills.
* Collecting equipment fault information, reporting it back to the supervisor and conducting inspections of received goods is a crucial part of this role.
* Reviewing replacement spare parts quantities, analyzing the reasons for replacements and providing feedback to the regional supervisor is also essential.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance and follow-up support for key client projects.
* They will be required to execute R&D team requirements, provide estimated completion times and report back to the regional supervisor.
* Additionally, forecasting on-site spare parts demand and providing feedback to the regional supervisor will be an important aspect of this position.
Key Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
* Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.
* Prior experience in PV, BESS industry and equipment, electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operation and related areas.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
