SAP Data Assurance Manager Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and efficient processing.
* Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to drive results-oriented projects.
* Coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
* Ensure traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
* Oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional and other teams, leveraging expertise and best practices.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members, fostering growth and development.
* Track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership, enabling informed decision-making.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role, demonstrating expertise and judgment.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points, applying knowledge to complex problems.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred, showcasing adaptability and willingness to learn.
* Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti, utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, building strong relationships and trust.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, thinking critically and creatively to resolve complex challenges.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with data conversion tools and frameworks, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies, applying flexibility and adaptability to achieve goals.
* Knowledge of data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti, leveraging expertise to drive innovation.
