As a key player in our organization, you will provide remote computer and IT system support to employees. This role requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

* Responsibilities include analyzing issues, formulating solutions, troubleshooting systems, and working remotely with customers to solve problems.
* The ideal candidate will utilize internal knowledge bases and external resources to research and resolve issues.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience and have a proven track record of delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment.
Experience in mixed Mac and Windows environments, centrally managed computer environments, and A/V environments is also desired.
