Account Manager Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and communicating effectively between clients and our design/development teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, communicate their needs clearly, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
* Communication: Effectively communicate client needs and expectations to our teams.
* Project Coordination: Monitor project progress to guarantee timely delivery and updates.
Required skills and experience include:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client-facing roles, or project coordination.
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive hourly pay rate (dependent on experience) and a part-time schedule of 25-30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible and commit to a trial period.
