Our team is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven marketing and personalization strategy. You will design, implement, and optimize customer segmentation models to identify actionable buying groups within our Customer Data Platform.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and develop customer segmentation models using advanced clustering algorithms (e.g., k-means, DBSCAN, hierarchical clustering)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale buying group frameworks
* Integrate sophisticated models and segmentation logic into our Customer Data Platform (CDP) or similar platforms
* Apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis
