We are seeking an experienced Key Account Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering client success, and delivering high-quality gaming solutions across Latin America.
Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
* Take full ownership of accounts, driving revenue growth, and achieving performance objectives.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and business goals.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance to optimize client operations and promotional strategies.
* Ensure timely delivery of gaming products and solutions according to client requirements.
* Monitor and report on monthly revenue performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
* Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships at all organizational levels.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry, fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English, and native or resident status in a LATAM market.
