About this role
We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead our projects in the Oil and Gas industry.
* Minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
* Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps, managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics.
* Proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects on time and within scope, overseeing all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
* Perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* PMP certification and CSM.
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
* Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset.
