Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities and growth.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound prospecting activities using various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms, to engage potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
* Inbound lead generation by monitoring and analyzing website traffic, social media interactions, and other data sources to increase lead quantity and quality.
* Research target markets, industries, and competitors to understand customer needs and pain points, enabling effective positioning and promotion of our product.
* Handle inquiries and requests from potential customers, coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion.
* Follow up on sales processes with potential customers, providing necessary information and support to facilitate the sales team's success.
* Regularly report and analyze sales and marketing data, providing insights into lead sources, quality, and conversion rates to improve sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development, with a focus on SDR or similar roles, is preferred.
* Familiarity with B2B software sales processes and marketing strategies, as well as knowledge of the rendering industry and related technologies, is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish rapport with potential customers and guide them through the sales process.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to think independently and develop effective sales strategies.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain high efficiency.
* Experience using CRM tools and marketing automation software is a plus.
