Job Title: Bilingual Home Care Scheduler
\Helpers Role Overview:\

1. Manage caregiver schedules, call-outs, and no-shows to ensure continuous client coverage
\
2. Handle inbound (and some outbound) scheduling calls and texts from caregivers, clients, and agencies
\
3. Use scheduling and EMR systems (WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare, or similar) plus client's proprietary platform
\
4. Proactively identify coverage gaps and resolve scheduling conflicts in real time
\
5. Document updates accurately in the system to avoid missed calls or service disruptions
\
6. Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts and 24/7 coverage
\
7. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve scheduling processes and the client's platform

Requirements:

8. 1–2+ years in U.S. healthcare operations, patient coordination, or provider support roles
\
9. Proven experience speaking with physicians, clinic staff, or healthcare providers
\
10. Familiar with EMR/scheduling systems (e.g., WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare)
\
11. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms; comfortable working with AI-driven tools
\
12. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve urgent scheduling conflicts
\
13. Past experience working with U.S.-based teams in a fully remote role set-up
