ServiceNow Technical Expert
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and implement ServiceNow configuration and development strategies.
* Lead external partners in ServiceNow development and application management activities.
* Craft platform designs that adhere to best practices, avoid unnecessary customization or technical debt, and ensure scalability and maintainability.
About You:
Main Requirements:
• Must-Have: Achieve a high level of proficiency with the ServiceNow Administrator certification. Optional certifications related to ITIL can also be beneficial.
• Proven track record of success in scripting integration within service platforms like ServiceNow.
You will play a pivotal role in building service integrations based on our enterprise roadmap. Furthermore, it is necessary for you to possess strong stakeholder management skills as well as interpersonal abilities which enables effective communication internally & externally. Basic knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid is mandatory. ----------------------------------- Nice-to-Have:, Familiarity with architectural frameworks like CSDM & TOGAF respectively., Previous experience across various modules provided by service now can greatly enhance your performance
