The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated professional to join our outreach efforts, working closely with professors at leading universities to integrate JoVE videos into their courses. Your primary responsibility will be to establish daily connections with faculty members via phone calls, emails, and product demos to set up seamless integrations and boost product utilization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop daily outreach strategies to engage Faculty members (via phone calls, emails, and personalized demos) to implement JoVE integrations and enhance product adoption.
* Promote JoVE adoption by delivering product awareness sessions across existing customer universities and research institutions.
* Foster engagement and usage through targeted presentations at exhibits, conferences, university seminars, workshops, and onsite customer visits.
* Ensure smooth implementation support and consistent usage of JoVE resources to strengthen subscription renewal outcomes.
* Influence product development by communicating valuable customer feedback to relevant teams.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines is preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles would be advantageous.
* Fluent English communication skills are essential.
* Knowledge of education market trends and challenges in assigned content areas (Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology) is desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for remote relationship-building are required.
* Experience in networking using cold calling would be beneficial.
