As a senior project leader, you will oversee teams of technical architects, developers, QA professionals and business analysts in the development of application software using Agile Scrum methodologies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Direct cross-functional teams in the development of application software
* Ensure timely delivery and successful execution of projects with budgets over $1 million
* Manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, execution, and monitoring
* Analyse business needs and develop solutions to meet those requirements
* Create and implement performance metrics, such as burndown charts, to track project progress
Nice to Have:
* Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry
* PMP certification and CSM
* Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis and Cloud Technologies
