 
        
        Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer Position
We are seeking an experienced professional to support and enhance our ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT service management processes, configuration management database, discovery, integrations, and related modules.
The selected individual must be able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. Minimal supervision is required for the completion of tasks.
 * Develop and maintain IT service management workflows and modules.
 * Perform platform administration tasks, including user management, roles, and permissions.
 * Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
 * Participate in testing and deployment activities.
 * Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
 * Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
Required Experience & Skills:
 * At least 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on IT service management.
 * Experience in platform administration and configuration.
 * Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
 * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA)
Desired Certifications:
 * Certified System Administrator (CSA)
 * Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $15-$20 per hour.
