Overview
Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. You will help us find engineers to work in Sweden, support relocation, and coordinate with cross-border teams.
Responsibilities
* Identify and recruit engineers for clients in Sweden across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
* Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about benefits of living and working in Sweden.
* Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).
* Collaborate with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
* Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
* Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
* High quality and brand awareness.
* Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
* Upper intermediate English.
* Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
* Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
* Self-driven, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.
* Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and keep trying.
* Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
* Responsive and professional appearance.
Engagement Details
* Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
* Hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensated 1:1 in flex.
* Location: Remote or from a chosen co-location center.
* Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
* Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem.
