Job Title: Business Analyst for Existing Seller Management
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support our Existing Seller Management teams at Amazon.
This role plays a critical part in driving the success of our existing sellers through data analysis, insights development, and process optimization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL, and excellent communication skills.
We are looking for someone who can develop and maintain crucial KPI dashboards, conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to the account management team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Data Analytics & Reporting: lead the development and maintenance of dashboards and performance reports, monitor and analyze key ESM metrics and KPIs, generate actionable insights from data analysis to support business decisions, create regular business reviews and performance reports for leadership;
* Business Process Optimization: identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, document and standardize best practices across the team, collaborate with tech teams to improve tools and systems;
* Strategic Support & Analysis: partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives;
* Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with Account Management teams to understand business needs, support the implementation of new initiatives and programs;
* Performance Monitoring & Optimization: track and analyze seller performance metrics, identify trends and patterns that impact seller success;
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience;
* Bachelor's degree;
* Availability to work 5 days at the office in Sao Paulo;
