Responsibilities:
* Drive project management decisions, governance, and long-term vision
* Analyze divisional business requirements and translate these into technical deliverables organized as Executive Milestones (In/Out of Scope)
* Develop expert 'As Is' knowledge of platform systems and help define 'To Be' system solutions and flows
* Understand infrastructure requirements and deployment of solutions for OnPrem and Cloud Computing service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
* Analyze data to identify key insights and apply them to the business; quantitative and qualitative analysis
* Ensure coordination of teams to drive timely completion of deliverables of large projects
* Manage project budgets and financials, including resource allocations supporting a project's schedule
* Define and provide KPI's and metrics for assigned projects
* Interact closely with stakeholders and vendors and provide communications to executive management
* Operationally troubleshoot or lead the troubleshooting of complex issues
* Proactively ensure compliance (processes, standards, methodology) with expected quality
* Responsible for project-related organizational change management including communications, training, and adoption
Requirements:
* Advanced English (mandatory)
* Bachelor's degree and solid experience in Project/Program Management
* Experience managing merger and acquisition infrastructure and application integration or divestiture projects preferred
* Project Management Professional and/or Certified Scrum Master preferred
* Experience managing requirements for multiple large, complex, and cross functional projects. Emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments.
